1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide by filling in the contact form: full name, phone, email address, the course of interest and the message text. We also collect, in aggregated and anonymous form, statistical browsing data (see the Cookie section).

3. Purposes and legal basis

Contact-form data is processed to respond to your requests and provide information about our courses. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.b). Providing the data is optional but necessary for us to contact you back.

4. Contact form

Form submission is handled through the Web3Forms service, which forwards the message to our mailbox without permanently storing its content. Data is not used for marketing purposes nor sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Cookies and statistics

The website uses technical cookies necessary for its operation and, subject to consent, anonymous statistical tools. For details and consent management, see our Cookie Policy.

6. Data retention

We keep data only for as long as strictly necessary to handle your request and, thereafter, for the period required by any legal obligations. You may request its deletion at any time.

7. Disclosure and transfer

Data may be processed by technical service providers (hosting, form delivery) acting as data processors. Any transfers outside the EU take place in compliance with the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

8. Your rights
